EDF NMB manage a group of delivery partners where Clarity is used for commercial reporting. It had been in use since April 2015 (implemented by Cap Gemini). There was no testing environment, so training was done by passing on knowledge. The requirement was for the training to be formalised and made more effective and accessible anytime/anywhere. Our brief was to provide eLearning for people using the system, taking them through the process of using the system and basically taking them on a walk through on “how to” use the system and to support people with refresher training.
